The Arangkada Philippines Project (TAPP) has invited Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile and House Speaker Feliciano R. Belmonte Jr. to deliver the keynote speeches, in lieu of President Benigno S. C. Aquino III who will not be able to make it to the forum.
