Indonesia

Foreign ownership not permitted for domestic courier services. 49% foreign equity for international express delivery services up to international gateways only (airports and seaports).

Laos

No foreign equity restrictions although agency agreements are encouraged.

Malaysia

No foreign equity restrictions for express delivery service, 49% foreign equity for customs brokerage services.

Philippines

40% foreign equity.

Singapore

No foreign equity restrictions.

Thailand

49% foreign equity.

Vietnam

51% foreign equity, 100% by 2012. No distinction between domestic and international express delivery service.
