AWARDING OF the expansion project at the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport (DMIA) could take place next month, an official said, even as the Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) is evaluating the lowest bid.
Darwin L. Cunanan, CIAC vice-president for commercial and business development group, said five of the 10 firms that purchased bid documents submitted bids last month for the P357-million project in Pampanga province, north of Metro Manila.
