Arangkada Philippines Forum to hold 7th run

The American Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines urges government to fast track the development of a good railway system to help ease congestion on the roads. AmCham Senior Adviser John Forbes says the sheer amount of vehicles can not be accommodated by existing roads and an improved rail system will be the faster solution to traffic.
