Mr. Hinchliffe is the Executive Director for AmCham Philippines. He arrived back in the Philippines after a 12-year absence that saw him working in Texas, USA, Taiwan, Malaysia and Indonesia. He officially began his position with AmCham Philippines on December 1, 2012.
A Texan, with a BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Ebb was based in the Philippines from 1993 – 2000. He is married with one child.
He has spent 22 of the last 25 years in Asia Pacific, which includes 21 years with a US-based pump manufacturing company, six years with a prominent semiconductor company and the last four years in the service industry.
