Capital One is thrilled to announce the appointment of Sara Murphy as the new President of Capital One Philippines and Head of Global Operations. With an outstanding track record in the industry and a proven commitment to driving innovation and growth, Sara is poised to lead the company’s operations in the Philippines to greater heights.
Sara leads a team of more than 4,000 Capital One associates in the Philippines, who provide customer experiences and support to clients. In addition to her responsibilities as President of Capital One Philippines, she is also leading a global expansion strategy inclusive of launching operations in South Africa.
Sara brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Having created servicing strategies for Capital One’s premier product offerings, she also launched the enterprise work at home capability in 2010 and then led the massive deployment of 15,000 associates to work from home at the onset of the pandemic.
Sara received a BA from Vanderbilt University in 1998. She is celebrating her 25th anniversary with Capital One this 2023.
