He arrived back in the Philippines after a 12-year absence that saw him working in Texas, USA, Taiwan, Malaysia and Indonesia. He officially began his position with AmCham Philippines on December 1, 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Texan, with a BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Ebb was based in the Philippines from 1993 \u2013 2000.
