Karthika Radhakrishnan is a Senior Education Specialist based in the World Bank Manila office. She has several years of experience working with the World Bank across all education sub-sectors in multiple countries, including, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Maldives, Malawi and Rwanda. She specializes in teacher policies and programs and is currently leading the Teacher Effectiveness and Competencies Enhancement Project in the Philippines. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Masters in Business Administration.
