Along with renown leaders of Philippine Business Groups, JFC officers also actively participate in consultative hearing in Congress regarding legislative priority measures. In this case (above), some JFC officers attends the House Constitutional Amendments Committee to discuss RBH 01, which proposes to amend the Constitution to confer the authority (and flexibility )of deciding foreign ownership restrictions to Congress.
