House Bill (HB) Nos. 4084 and 3993 which seek the reimposition of the death penalty on capital crimes were filed by Alyansa ng mga Grupong Haligi ng Agham at Teknolohiya para sa Mamamayan (AGHAM) party-list Rep. Angelo B. Palmones and Bohol Rep. Erico B. Aumentado (2nd district), respectively.
