Mr. Hussein Pangandaman serves as the Administrator and Chief Executive Officer of the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB), the government agency mandated to manage and oversee the Freeport Area of Bataan.
Appointed under the Marcos Jr. administration, he leads AFAB’s efforts to position the Freeport as a dynamic hub for manufacturing, logistics, renewable energy, and emerging industries, while strengthening business-to-government facilitation as a core advantage.
