Ms. Magsino is a seasoned public servant in the Philippine government, currently serving as Deputy Director General for Finance and Administration at the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). A graduate of Economics as her undergraduate degree and a Master of Arts in Development Economics, she has held key roles in various government institutions, including the Board of Investments, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, and Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management. She is a Career Executive Service Officer. She advocates for policies and systems that promote workplace efficiency, effective facilitation, and good governance, along with practices that uphold environmental protection, health, and safety. She has led and has been instrumental in PEZA’s ISO certification and corporate strategy initiatives.
