Francisco (Paco) is the Head of Business Development for ACCIONA in Southeast Asia, based in Manila. He also leads ACCIONA’s Sustainability Committee in the region. Paco has extensive experience in the design and delivery of a wide range of civil infrastructure projects, including viaducts, highways, ports, airports, oil & gas facilities, and industrial warehouses.
Over the course of his career, Paco has held key international roles at OHLA Group, serving as Latin America Director and Asia Pacific Director, among others. He has also worked in logistics infrastructure for Vanderlande (Toyota Logistics) as Managing Director for Southern Europe and North America.
A true global citizen, Paco has lived and worked in Spain, Panama, Brazil, Kuwait, the Philippines, and Mexico, and has pursued studies in the United States and France.
Paco holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona
