How much are the tickets?

Ticket rates are as follows:

JFC members – Php 7,000
Early Bird – Php 7,500
Regular Pass – Php 8,500
Immersive Investors Pass – USD $1,000
Group/Table Rates – Php 75,000 (10 seats)

*VAT inclusive, subject to applicable fees

How long is the registration period?

The registration is from May 15 to September 25, 2025. We accept walk-ins, but we highly encourage registering in advance to secure a seat.

What are your modes of payment?

We accept bank transfer, e-wallet, and credit card payments. You have the option to pay online directly on the registration platform or pay via cheque/offline payment (e.g. bank deposit). 

Do you issue an official receipt?

To request an official receipt, please email us at [email protected].

A service invoice is automatically issued under the delegate’s name. If you would like the invoice to be addressed to your company, please indicate this in the special request field upon registration, or send us an email with the following details: Company name, TIN, and Company address

My company is a member of one the Joint Foreign Chambers, will I be eligible for a discount?

Yes, discount is available upon registration. Please contact your respective chambers to obtain the JFC discount code.

How do I know if my registration is confirmed?

After successful and confirmed registration, you will receive an acknowledgement email with a QR code, which will serve as your access pass on the day of the Forum.

What if I can only attend one of the forum days?

QR codes/IDs are transferable in case you can only attend one of the Forum days. However, digital certificates or certificates of attendance will only be issued to the delegate registered in our system.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, we do not have a refund policy. We advise delegates to check and clear their schedules on the day of the event before purchasing tickets to the Forum.

If you will be missing the event or either of the forum days due to unforeseen circumstances, it is best to send a representative who can attend the Forum on your behalf. If you want to transfer a ticket, you may message us at [email protected].

How do I choose the breakout sessions? Can I still change it after registration?

Upon registration, you will be asked to pre-select your preferred breakout session for September 25. Should you wish to switch to a different session, changes may be accommodated subject to availability. To request a change, please email us at [email protected].

Will the event be live-streamed?

The event will not be live-streamed.
