Mr. Darryl Garcia is a dedicated public servant with over a decade of experience in city development and planning, geospatial analysis, and sustainable development. He currently serves as the Division Chief of the Master Planning Division, as well as Technical Executive Assistant to the President and CEO of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of the Philippines Diliman and a Master’s degree in Development Management from the Development Academy of the Philippines. He also completed executive training in Urban Policy, Governance, and Green City Development at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
With his strong background in planning and city development, he is committed to building smart, sustainable, and people-centric communities.
